News!

Well it's been awhile since I've posted anything on here, so here's the latest.

Ellie my miniature schnauzer, had 3 puppies! She is the proud mommy of 3 little girls! Two of them are black with a little white speck under their necks, and the other one is brownish, but will most likely turn out to be salt & pepper(black and white mixed together) when she gets older. She starting having them at 3am Friday morning. I didn't know she was having them, until I heard something cry out. I thought it was our cats getting into a fight, but it was a puppy laying on the floor in the hallway outside my bathroom door. I picked up the puppy and placed it in a box with a towel to keep it warm and went to find Ellie. She was laying on my couch in the living room about to have more puppies! I then woke my mom, and had her get an old comforter of mine, and I carefully picked up Ellie, and put her in my bathroom on the comforter with her new baby, and she then had the other two over the next 2 hours. I had to put her in my bathroom to keep the cats away from her while she was giving birth.

Ellie did so well for it being her first litter. She had them 3 days early, but that is normal since it was her first litter. After she gave birth she immediately broke the sac off of each puppy and cleaned it up. I was so proud of her! She's been a wonderful mother. I will some pics of the puppies soon.

Well as far as the car goes, my dad decided to get the Sunfire fixed. He originally didn't want to get it fixed, but changed his mind. The mechanic had to get the part from Dallas, due to the fact that it was a hard to find part. Not sure when it will be ready. We are still using a rental for now.

That is the latest news from my house. I am going to visit my brother tomorrow, so I will update on him as soon as I get a chance.
